The electrical training ALLIANCE is also committed to developing and providing courses of study for upgrading journey-level worker skills so that the local JATCs and AJATCs can keep their Journey-Level Worker workforce up-to-date on the newest technologies.
The electrical training ALLIANCE works directly with equipment manufacturers and technology developers of a variety of tools, equipment and supplies. Once a new training need has been identified, the electrical training ALLIANCE designs an appropriate training course, provides instructor training and distributes the training materials to local JATCs and AJATCs to help them meet their local training need requirements.
Our local programs train tens of thousands of journey-level workers each year. We invest millions of dollars each year to ensure that these individuals are the best trained workers in the industry, all at no cost to the taxpayers.
